It was later in the day when I called, which I should have understood why they weren’t able to get to me quickly but right away the next morning they were on top of my contract and rental. Alberto at the Orlando location assisted with the process from start to finish, his service was professional and the car was clean and ready as we picked it up. I want to say this company did give exceptional service and I will definitely rent again. I have also referred several of my business partners lately as well.
